Program and Project Management 

We design a holistic program for managing all aspects of the transformation. We setup all project reporting , risk management and delivery measures plus manage all client and vendor commitments. 

 

From a project perspective we assume the role of internal (client side) project manager ensuring an integrated approach for project delivery with a view of achieving agreed client outcomes.
